You will earn a Certificate of Completion of a CPD-accredited course and 5 CPD points.

- Have the skills and knowledge to ‘sweep’ buildings and areas for sharps.
- Know how to perform safe sharps collection using the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools.
- Understand how to dispose of needles and sharps safely in accordance with current waste regulations.
No previous knowledge or experience is required to complete this sharps removal training course. However, it is assumed that applicants will have a good knowledge of English and a sound educational background.
