TRAINING COURSE INFORMATION

To meet certain contractual and legal obligations and as part of our endeavour to ensure best practice within our industry, additional information will be collected and retained from such Persons who apply for and or have been trained by NACSC/Ultima Cleaning Academy and/or their respective companies who form part of the network of NACSC/Ultima Cleaning Academy members.Ā  Such additional information as support documents for Insurances, Waste Carriers Licence, Inoculation, and DBS status, are required to ensure and monitor compliance with legislation, demonstrate due diligence, and as part of a contractual obligation before work is passed to those Persons or their respective company by NACSC. Ā Details of vehicles, equipment, and the number of staff available, are required to allocate such work appropriately.Ā  Information is also used to process memberships and allow such Persons access to the protected membersā€™ area of the website.

You have the right at any time to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. Should you wish to receive a copy of this, or would like to be removed from our database, please contact us.

BREACH NOTIFICATION

We have strict security standards and adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent any unauthorised access, unlawful processing or disclosure of data. In the event of a breach in security, we will take immediate steps to resolve the situation, notify the relevant authorities and advise affected persons as soon as is reasonably possible to do so.
